The CE mark has been a requirement for all structural steel since  2014.  It's a safety standard designed to improve the safety of all types of structure that use steel, from buildings to barns to bridges to sports stadiums.  It makes sure the steel has been fabricated in the correct way, and that the correct checks and monitoring are carried out.  The standard is applied across the EU.  Structural steel certified in one country can be sold and used in any other member country. When the UK left the EU the standard was incorporated into UK law.

Clients are shown the detailed plans before work commences, so they can be sure the finished product will meet their needs.  Pace uses the latest laser cutting equipment, which means parts are always cut to the right size, first time every time.  Pace has an in-house powder coating facility that can give colourful and protective coatings.
