RSJs and Structural Steel in Harlow and throughout Essex
Pace supply RSJs and Structural Steel in Harlow and throughout Essex. Their client base includes:
- building contractors
- house builders
- skilled DIYers working on home improvements
- landscape gardeners
Most of their clients are, like Pace, Essex based, but they also regularly deliver to the neighbouring counties and London.
The construction industry
Pace has years of experience of working with the building industry, with firms of all sizes, especially the smaller firms in Essex. They know what builders need. They go out of their way to be both flexible and reliable. They will try to organise delivery on the day and the time slot that works best for the client. They don't let their clients down. They know that their clients have clients, and those people see stories about being let down by a supplier as a poor excuse.
Home improvement and DIY
Pace is happy to work with skilled DIYers working on home improvements. They have enabled home owners to add on garages, extensions, sun lounges and more. They understand that DIYers may not always know what they want first time, and so are happy to discuss with them what's needed.
Get it right first time, every time
Unlike most RSJ suppliers Pace also does site visits, to help with getting the measurements right. They are happy to work with the project drawings to do the measurements and make sure the RSJs are right first time. They do not charge for this service. They are happy to visit your office or visit you on site. Alternatively, just email them the drawings and they will get back to you with a quote, as quickly as possible.
Steel fabrication
Many of Pace's clients value their skills at steel fabrication. They are happy to work on projects of any size, and to meet tight deadlines.
Steel fabrication is the process of cutting, shaping, and assembling steel into a finished product, such as structural steel for buildings, bridges, or other infrastructure, or custom-designed steel components for various industrial applications. Pace has an expert team, and a well-equipped workshop.
CAD modelling and fabrication
Pace uses state of the art CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to create 2D and 3D designs of steel structures and components. They create highly detailed and accurate digital models of the end product, including precise measurements and specifications. This enables them to deliver more precise fabrication, in less time
CAD software allows designers to create complex shapes and designs that can be difficult to achieve with traditional fabrication methods. When the CAD model is complete, the software can generate detailed fabrication drawings that provide exact dimensions, material specifications, and all other details. These drawings serve as the blueprint for the fabrication process. The drawings enable the customer to check everything before work starts, to make sure it will meet their requirements.
Reliable delivery
Pace aims to make every delivery on time, and to be as reliable as possible. They have the experience and equipment to deliver your RSJs to exactly where you need them, including on building sites where there is very little room for manoeuvre.
The full range of services.
If all you need is an RSJ, that's fine, Pace can deliver. They have a wide range in stock. If you need something more complex, they can deliver that as well. Their services include:
